The group will be divided into teams of up to ten participants. Each team will be provided with maps of the city and a series of cryptic clues and challenging instructions.
There are a number of famous or infamous cultural landmarks and curious places to find and discover, each one identified and pinpointed on the map by solving a mysterious and fiendish puzzle.
As they explore, the teams will get the chance to locate and visit the most exciting, beautiful and interesting locations around the city.

The cultural discovery locations often change depending on the duration of the event, but always include temples, waterfalls and sites of local myth and legend.
Points are scored for locating the sites and solving the riddles, finding answers to questions, and for time-keeping. Include Market Barter and Picture This and additional points will be awarded for completing the tasks successfully!
Insurance and instructor supervision at all times is an important safety factor, and in the event of an emergency of team member withdrawal, transport and medical backup will be standing by.
In the debriefing back at the hotel, Making Teams will collect each teams answer sheets and reveal the locations and answers to the Cultural Discovery. Include Picture This and Market Barter in the program and the teams will have the chance to take to the stage and present the items they purchased and entertain each other with the pictures from the Picture This challenge before announcing the winning Cultural Discovery Team!
Starting with a four hour half day option, the Cultural Discovery can be customized to a full day ,8 hour program of discovery and intrigue inclusive of cultural and activity challenges and have lunch at a fantastic setting reflecting your location. Choose to upgrade to our ultimate racing experience – ‘By Any Means’ travel throughout the country and race to as many locations as possible over a set period of time!

Teams may choose how they race during the event. The program offers the following options: travel on foot, by air conditioned minivan or utilize a combination of local transport choices including Songteaw trucks and Tuk-tuks. For this option, teams will receive a budget for using public transportation during the event adding more of challenge to the Cultural Discovery experience.
