Can you do an event in any location?
Yes, we conduct events throughout Thailand and SE-Asia.
Why do you have 3 prices for each activity?
We do this to offer options to suit any type of budget.
Is the itinerary flexible or fixed?
The itinerary is flexible and customers may choose the start time.
In case of severe weather is there a backup for outdoor events?
Yes, with enough notice we can plan for an indoor back up activity.
What are the start and end locations for a race type activity?
Start and end locations are usually at the customer’s hotel or a restaurant but are flexible
Can we mix and match activities on the same day?
Yes, just let us know which activities and we can probably even provide you with a discount for booking two or more.
What are the payment options?
Payment options are bank transfer, credit card (add 5%), cash or cheque deposit.
Do you offer events in Thai language?
Yes we do, we have bilingual facilitators.
Is this the total price or per person?
Our prices are stated as total but we can offer per person upon request.
Do you need a meeting room for the briefing?
Ideally yes, especially for larger group (50+pax), for smaller groups we can conduct the briefing in the lobby or other common area in the hotel
How many facilitators will there be?
This depends on the package you choose; usually Bronze is 1 per 40pax, Silver 1 per 20pax and Gold 1 per 10 pax.
