Warm up/Icebreakers
The event began with some ice breaking fun. The participants had to line up in orders of their names, countries, ages and time with the company without using verbal communication.
The second activity turned into a main challenge with much enjoyment from the participants. The teams had to find the way to get the moon ball around their team circle one by one without it dropping to the floor. Because of the space available this became quiet a challenge but eventually the teams found a solution.
The second main challenge was blindfold polygon . Teams were set the objective to find a way to communicate and make shapes whilst being blindfolded. The teams chose one person to provide instruction and be the eyes whilst the rest of the team made the shapes by holding onto a piece of rope.
The final team challenge was the Inventory Transfer. Based on the Tower of Hanoi, teams had to work out the combination to move each piece of the pyramid from one point to another over 3 pivotal points and recreate the tower. Both teams did extremely well in this activity and at the end of the event the two team leaders decided to have a face off to see who could complete the puzzle the fastest!
This was a great ice breaking event, the participants were very relaxed and informal and enjoyed the activities and games
