“Casual and informal teams will experience physically simple but mentally stimulating activities which can be played on the beach, in the garden or in the conference room in a competitive Olympic style format.
Participants will learn about each other, take turns leading their teams and strengthen their mental, creative and strategic skills in these lively, fun and hugely enjoyable team exercises whilst going for Gold”
- To encourage positive thinking, motivation and confidence

- To improve trust, cooperation and leadership skills
- To have an enriching, fun and enjoyable time
- To work on creativity, critical thinking and innovation
Whilst being competitive, these activities build the fundamentals of a successful team: trust, mutual respect and awareness.
We work strongly on developing leadership personalities and interpersonal skills such as co-operation, communication, planning, strategy and positive thinking.
Various competitive and physical contests the await teams, aiming to achieve the highest possible position.
Teams are challenged with a series of team games to test their communication, cooperation, planning ,leadership and strategy skills and above all teamwork with a competitive edge.
Games include a mixture of team versus team and participant versus participant challenges and each activity will require the participation of each person.
The team that performs the best overall will be crowned Outdoor Olympic Champions and bask in the Gold Medal glory!
Choose your Outdoor Olympics location and depending on where you are staying experience a fantastic event on the beach, off-shore island, hotel gardens or even in the jungle!
Points are awarded separately for each activity throughout the event and a scoreboard keeps track of positions of the teams.
The day ends with an award ceremony where all members of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams will receive their Olympic style, Gold, Silver and Bronze medals.
Insurance and instructor supervision at all times is an important safety factor, and in the event of an emergency of team member withdrawal, transport and medical backup will be standing by.
A short briefing will be given before the activity outlining the rules and instructions of the activities.
A de-briefing session will take place at the end of the activity for participants to discuss the challenges, learning points and ways to move forward before being awarded with their medals.
Outdoor Olympics is suitable for corporate groups looking to get out of the conference room environment and have fun and is ideal as a half day event, in the great outdoors!
